Group Z will invest $34 million dollars in Jaco
Group Z will invest $34 million dollars in six residential towers and in a hotel belonging to the Ramada Chain, which will be built in Jaco, Garabito, in the province of Puntarenas.

The project will be named Ramada Resort and Residences Jaco Beach.
Felipe Morales, a member of MR Architects, stated that the construction of the whole project will take up to two years and the first residential tower will be handed over in February 2008.

The Hotel will consist of a four-story building with a total of 83 rooms.
There will be a Restaurant, two conference rooms with a capacity of 40 people, a gymnasium, a spa, a gift shop and a pool consisting of 650 square meters, from which the whole complex will benefit.

The project is based on six towers of 10 stories each for a total of 216 units and 12 penthouses.
Two penthouses will be built on the last floor of each tower, each one with an area of 240 square meters, stated Morales.

The size of the units, on the other hand, will be of 120 square meters approximately.
The residential units, which are already for sale, are mainly aimed at foreigners and real estate investors, since they can be marketed under the timeshare system for those who prefer this option.

The project will be located in front of the Best Western Hotel, on a 2.5 hectare land. The area for construction is projected at 40,000 square meters basically resulting from its vertical construction.

The breaking of the ground has commenced and land analysis has already initiated.
Each tower will be constructed within a month from the other, so that the future hand over will be conducted in a gradual manner, stated Morales.

During the construction, close to 300 jobs will be offered, and once the project will be concluded other 150 jobs will be created.
